- Harmony is not the absence of struggle, it’s what you find within it.
- Not a manual, just one person’s lessons on what really holds us together.
- A companion for anyone learning to carry life with more ease.
What is Harmony?
For much of life, we imagine harmony as perfection; constant happiness, unbroken relationships, and everything falling neatly into place. Real harmony is different. It is not the absence of struggle; it is the presence of peace in the midst of it. It is learning to bend without breaking, to keep gratitude alive through both joy and pain, and to show up each day with honesty and courage.
The Author’s Journey
In Harmony, Naim shares a deeply personal journey shaped by love, loss, sport and the search for meaning. From growing up between Bermuda, England, and the U.S., to competing on international tennis courts to coaching and mentoring others, the lessons gathered along the way all point back to one truth: life is not about perfection, but about balance.
Why Harmony?
Their are many reasons for one to speak, write or publish. So what is the reason for the book, Harmony. Harmony is the one wish that I would have for those I love (And frankly those I do not love or even like). A quiet sense of fulfillment, joy and peace. Having seen and felt the pain that life can bring. Watching loved ones struggle, and endure the pain. So if there’s a small chance, that sharing some of the lessons I feel life has taught me, can connect one with, or lead one to Harmony, it will be worth it.
